Terms of Use

The rules and limitations that apply when you access HireVerdict and use our independent buyer guidance.

Last updated: September 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using HireVerdict, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply only to HireVerdict; a third-party marketplace or provider will have separate terms.

Informational purpose

HireVerdict publishes general educational and editorial information about buying digital services. Content is not legal, financial, employment, tax, security or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating providers, contracts, access permissions, licensing and project risk.

No provider relationship or guarantee

HireVerdict is not a staffing agency, freelance marketplace, employer, agent or escrow service. We do not hire, manage, supervise or perform background checks on third-party providers. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, credentials, quality, delivery, security or project outcomes.

Third-party services

Transactions, communications and disputes with Fiverr sellers or other third parties are governed by the applicable platform and provider terms. HireVerdict is not a party to those transactions unless expressly stated. You should verify current package details, rights, cancellation rules and platform protections before ordering.

Affiliate relationships

Some external links are affiliate links. HireVerdict may receive a commission when a visitor follows an eligible link and completes a qualifying transaction, at no extra cost to the visitor. Affiliate compensation does not guarantee inclusion or a favorable editorial conclusion.

Content accuracy and availability

We aim to provide useful, clearly qualified information, but third-party services, prices, policies and availability can change without notice. Content may contain errors or become outdated. The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable use

  • Do not interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code or use the site for unlawful activity.
  • Do not scrape, republish or commercially exploit substantial portions of the site in a way that infringes our rights or disrupts service.
  • Do not misrepresent HireVerdict content, branding or editorial conclusions as your own endorsement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, HireVerdict’s original text, design, branding and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Company and product names belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Limited quotation and linking may be permitted by law, but no broader license is granted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HireVerdict will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses arising from use of the site, reliance on its content, or dealings with third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms as the website and applicable requirements evolve. Continued use after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Use buyer safeguards: Confirm the current marketplace terms, keep work and payment within approved platform workflows, limit access permissions, and document acceptance criteria before ordering.
